Executive Assistant and Office Manager
Salary £30,000 - £34,999 pa
Church Urban Fund is the Church of England’s social action charity. Our aim is to build a more just and flourishing society. At the local level we do this by equipping and enabling local communities to address the needs in their area. At a central level we help shape and influence national perspectives with this local knowledge and practice.
Church Urban Fund has grown in size and complexity over recent years through significant developments, including the establishment of the Just Finance Foundation subsidiary in 2016.
Purpose of the role
The Executive Assistant and Office Manager is a pivotal role within the organisation. This role will provide high quality, confidential executive assistance and administrative support to the CEO and the Senior Management Team, ensuring that the office runs smoothly and efficiently and maintains an open and outward-facing approach. The successful candidate is likely to have significant experience in supporting administration functions in a busy working environment, able to liaise confidently at a senior level and to have a proactive and problem-solving mindset.
