Director of Development
Jon oversees the development of the Together Network for CUF, including help with governance, strategic planning, recruitment, supporting staff and trustees, and network gatherings. Jon lives in Birmingham, he has a background in regeneration and community development work, and experience working in the private, public and charity sectors, as well as in his local church. Music and running are his main passions outside of work, which his family both tolerate and occasionally enjoy.
Sibylle joined CUF in January 2017 having spent most of her career working in the criminal justice system, most recently managing the international function for HM Prison and Probation Service. Originally from Germany, she moved to the UK in 1981 to live in a L’Arche community. Following a move to Sheffield and a degree in Russian and German, she completed an MA in Applied Social Studies, is now part-way through a Masters in Christian Spirituality, and an ordinand at St Hild College/Mirfield.
When she isn’t grappling with essays she enjoys the delights of the Peak District, caring for her rescue horse, as well as supporting her church’s social justice projects, and learning to play the clarinet.
Amy joined CUF in Spring of 2016 as Development Officer, supporting the growing Together Network across Network communications and sharing learning through creating resources and planning events. Before CUF she enjoyed reading Philosophy at the University of Birmingham, and spent eighteen months working within digital media. Amy spends free time at her local Vineyard Church, baking or dancing, and lives near Sutton with her husband (and two cats).
