Transformation Cornwall aims to strengthen and support faith-based community social action and anti-poverty work

Transformation Cornwall aims to strengthen and support faith-based community social action and anti-poverty work in Cornwall by providing support and signposting that will enable groups to develop their skills, knowledge and become more self-supporting.

We will do this by:

  • providing capacity building events, support and information through our Meet the Funders programme
  • working with individual groups and organisations through our Meet the Funders 1:1 sessions and workshop surgeries to enable groups to have project-specific information and signposting
  • acting as a catalyst to build better links between faith-based and mainstream organisations

In some instances we will provide some 1:1 group support for a fixed period of time to a group or organisation, this will usually involve larger projects.  To receive this support from Transformation Cornwall you will need:

  • the agreement of the TC Trustees
  • be a group/organisation with a Constitution/set of rules
  • have a bank account with at least 2 signatories (not related)
  • be working with another organisation, group or partnership
