In response to worry from communities and the need for clear information about Universal Credit, Transforming Communities Together and the Just Finance Foundation have put together a one session course called UCSavvy. A pilot version is now available on the JFF website.

UCSavvy is flexible: there are 2 slide sets with the information style tailored to the audience and a printable booklet for people to take away.

The organisation version helps give churches, drop-ins, charities and other organisations the understanding they need, so that they are aware of the benefit changes and can support people experiencing them. The grassroots version is designed to help get claimants ready for the changes.

You can see more and sign up to access UCSavvy here. Please share it widely with your contacts.
