The little boy’s mum was just about to step into the shop full of washing machines, fridges, computers and sofas. He tugged at her hand to stop her from going in.
He’d heard about places like this, at school, in his LifeSavers class. He’d been taught that in some shops even though the prices seemed really cheap, that in the long run they ended up costing you far more the goods were actually worth.
This is an actual testimony from a parent of a child who was been part of the LifeSavers curriculum, delivered through the Just Finance Foundation.
