Community Hubs are hosted in a coffee shop environment in churches and community centres with trained volunteers listening to people’s problems, and then trying to signpost ways to help. Visitors are given as much time as they need and it is a key principle that each client is valued and given as much time as necessary to resolve their problems. Most of our community hubs also offer information on the financial products of the Kent Savers Credit Union. We currently have hubs in Murston near Sittingbourne, Newington near Ramsgate, Tenterden and Canterbury.

Connecting Canterbury

Connecting Canterbury is a network of community hubs located across the city of Canterbury offering information and signposting alongside access to the Kent Savers Credit Union products. The network aims to advertise those charities already operating in Canterbury, and identify possible clients through the community networks, thereby bringing the two together. Open at All Saints Church Military Road on a Tuesday from 09.30 til 12.00 and at St Dunstan's Church on London Road on a Friday from 11.30am til 1pm. For location details please check their website.
