This weekend we were pleased to support 'Fostering in Walsall' (part of Walsall Council) at their information session at St Matthews Centre. This formed part of national 'Foster Care Fortnight' which continues until 29th May 2016.

This annual awareness raising campaign aims to encourage a diverse range of people with the right skills and qualities to foster to come forward to meet the needs of children in care.

Nationally there is a shortage of 10,000 foster carers. More foster carers are needed to provide children with safe and caring homes while they are unable to live with their own families.

At TCT, we are working together to support Children and Families in crisis is a key piece of work. The Love Black Country Families partnership is helping link churches to expert charities working across the Black Country. Find out more here.
