Vision Before starting your project and trying to get funding, you need to be clear on what you are doing. It doesn’t need to be a lengthy document with lots of job descriptions and fancy terminology, but it should be demonstrate your vision for the project. To help develop your vision, you can use this 7 Question Tool, which can then form the basis of an action plan. The 7 Questions are: Who are the people who will benefit from the project? What are your aims? Why do you want to do your project? Where is your project going to take place? When do you want to run your project? With what resources will your project be carried out? Work out how your project will actually be achieved. It’s not necessary to be able to answer all these questions straightaway, but they should give you topics for discussion with your planning group.
