The majority of the 10,000 guests taking part will be representatives of the Patron’s Organisations.
We are delighted to have the opportunity to celebrate the service of the Queen who, as the patron to CUF, has supported and visited many of our projects over the past 25 years.

CUF has invited a group of community heroes that have been nominated by our Together Network to join us on The Mall on 12th June so we can celebtrate the amazing work that’s taking place in our network.

The Queen has supported CUF over the past 25 years.

If you are interested in joining in on the celebrations, you will be able to soak up the festival-themed atmosphere at large screens situated in Green Park and St James’s Park. Audiences will be able to see the official proceedings from The Mall, broadcast onto the screens and will be able to have your own picnic whilst enjoying the live entertainment as it parades from The Mall, down Birdcage Walk and around St. James’s Park.

You can find out more about the Patron’s Lunch here

You may even consider having your own celebration or summer party, using this as a opportunity to celebrate the amazing work going on in your area.

The Queen’s Patronage

Her Majesty has been an active Patron of CUF with a series of visits to our projects including in Nottingham, Salford, and Leeds.
We've gone through the archives and dug out some pictures of Her Majesty’s visits including this picture of her meeting Fred Rattley who is still working with CUF through our Joint Venture, Thrive Together Birmingham.
