WALK THE WALK
If
running is not for you, how about going for a walk instead? Many walks are organised every year by local
Rotary Clubs, in which people can choose a favourite charity to benefit.
We
have found 30 around the country, so the chances are that at least one of them
is not too far from you. Most are
between 5 and 15 miles, with many offering a variety of distances. All take place between April and October, and
have become annual events (so there is always next year!).
How
about making up a group with a few friends, or turning it into a social
activity for your church? For a list of
dates, locations, distances and organisers’ contact details, click here.
