WHAT ARE WE BEING ENCOURAGED NOT TO SEE?

In June 2012, Archbishop Rowan spoke at our Rededication service at St Paul’s Cathedral, during which he said this:

Church Urban Fund encourages us to see what otherwise we might not have seen. It helps us to see what most of our society would prefer not to see.’

In preparation for the Lent course, read or watch a film of Archbishop Rowan’s full address here.

Thank God someone cares.

In communities near and far across England, there are Christian Community Heroes whose eyes are wide open to the poorest in our country as they give up their lives to serve them.  They desperately need your support.

Click here to learn more about our community heroes and support them regularly throughout the Lent and beyond.

A donation of just £50 can provide 30 hot meals for hungry children at an after school club.
